The questions are concise and clearly written. there are multiple links for personal reference at the end of the test. this gave me something to take to my therapist to start a conversation about the potential for my adult ADHD, which in turn caused her to take it more seriously I believe than had I just walked in and said I'd been reading some articles. All in all absolutely worth downloading and I would recommend it to anybody who's concerned that they may have ADHD.

I think that it is right on the money I have adhd all of my life and was diagnosed as an adult. but my family didn't believe me. I hope this helps them realize a little bit more of the truth. anyway great app. U can even share the results at the end of the test if u choose to. would recommend it to anyone curious or just doubting themselves or for any other reason they may have.

I've had trouble brain-wise since I had Covid-19 at the end of 2020. I am in the process of getting my disability from all the complications of Long Covid ever since. I'm going to try this app for self-help to see if it works. I'll update after using the app.
